All payments are payable when the order is completed. If a payment is not received or if the payment method is denied, an order for the products will not be placed, and no items will be dispatched. Due to non-payment, the buyer loses possession of any products. We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as other major credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay as payment method.
Arovec ships orders with Australia Post, Start Track, Aramex, and Fastway.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. We have 24 hr order processing (excluding weekends and public holidays) and offer free standard delivery to all Australian addresses. We also offer an optional express shipping service for faster delivery for an additional fee.
Delivery for standard shipping may take between 4 and 7 business days, depending on the delivery option. Express Shipping may take between 2 and 4 business days.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of arovec.com.au.
TRACKING AN ORDER
We provide a tracking number for all parcels. You will receive an email verification with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.
The shipping carrier attempts to deliver the parcel to the exact address the customer requested. However, if the address deemed undeliverable during delivery attempts, the parcel would require to be collected from one of the closest Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within one month from the designated Post Office, it will be returned back to Arovec as an undeliverable package. In this condition, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com to provide help and support for resolving the issue.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Defective products are replaced free of charge without any shipping fee (if is contacted and informed customer support within 30-day of purchasing). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a free return postage label (Prepaid by Arovec).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchasing at email@example.com for a free return postage label (Prepaid by Arovec). A full refund will be processed promptly via the same payment method you have made. All refunds are made at the discretion of arovec.com.au.
You must ensure the goods you are returning are unused, in their original packaging with all tags, instructions and parts included.
To facilitate the refund or replacement process, please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation and a short returning reason inside the return package.
It is possible to cancel an order before payment has been finalized or before the order has been dispatched. The buyer is liable for the payment after it has been processed.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Therefore, you should notify our Customer Support to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (AEST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number when sending an order cancellation request.
Any complaints concerning the product, or the seller should be directed to our customer service team. Please contact us at email@example.com. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis, and the seller will be contacted.
