Many majoy faults, not function, metal Bending in the filter that constrict air flow and not covered as other companies do cover successfully, bad smells when on, faulty humidity sensor, already delivered broken item on the sides, eletric cables exposed, hose demaged, delay customer service and unprofessional, very bad manufacturing and materials, shall not be produced as its a waste already. Faulse advertisements as well as they don't function as promised and advised online and in the pics of package and manual. I have a bachelor degree inndesign and high experience and this is something serious, its a 100% majoy fault full scam. I have sent all pics to the company already.
Fantastic decent unit. Can't fault it. We live in a 10 feet annual rainfall region and mould is a killer. This machine has been pulling 2.5 litres per day of water from the air in the bedroom. It's a quality built solid machine.
It works great as a dehumidifier, not so much as a purifier. The big downside is it's super noisy, and on auto, it runs almost constantly. I use it in a small bedroom, and on auto, it shuts off when the humidity hits 54%. But a minute later it's back up to 58% and starts again... I don't trust that sensor anymore.
Meet Humbee. We had mould issues & research lead to dehumidifying. I Looked at a number of 2 in 1 dehumidifier & air purifiers ranging in price from a few hundred dollars to well over $1000. We decided to go for this one as we had a small unit & it was a cheaper option. Others were offering a tank unto 6 litres & I was a little concerned with only a 2.5 litre tank. We went nuts when it arrived, putting it in every room that needed it. After 1 week of constant use, we were very happy with it. At first you may need to empty the tank more frequently. 12-24 hours. The air filter is doing its job with less smell in the air. The controls are easy to use & understand. It's amazing at drying sheets within a few hours, they're ready to go back on the bed. Beware if your'e dehumidifying during the hotter months, you will be pumping heated air back into the room. I read other reviews with a couple of negatives & decided to support an Australian company. Yes the product is made in China but with the service others have received that I've read I don't believe that's an issue. The two year warranty is nice to have. T&C's apply. This may not suit everyone, but we call it Humbee and now is apart of the family :)
