After I'd purchased my dehumidifier, I had a query re price which was answered and favourably credited to me ON THE SAME DAY! It's usually so frustrating and slow to get any question answered let alone resolved in such a friendly, professional, efficient and favourable manner! Arovec deserves a shout out :))
Oh and I'm very happy with the dehumidifier unit too. It is straightforward to operate and does the job well. We’ve had frequent rain recently and with poor ventilation in the bathroom, it was a damp and yucky room. Now it’s much more pleasant to have a shower and the towels don’t take ages to dry out afterwards (not as dry as if you put them in the tumble dryer, but much better than before).
I’ve set up a rack in the tub and used the unit’s laundry function for items that didn’t fully dry on the line.
Depending on the setting and whether I’ve got clothes drying, the unit doesn’t need frequent emptying, but it’s interesting to see just how much moisture it removes from the air. It’s averaging one full tank per day.
I wondered why you need to register to get the extra years warranty, why not just be a standard thing to be 2 years? Anyway, overall, I’m glad I purchased this unit from Arovec.

Not Worth

Took lot of time to dehumidify, not going below 50%, no way it can do 16litres a day, blow heat which makes my sleep uncomfertable.

Excellent de- humidifier. Works well, looks great and quite. The only issue I have is with drain hose
For drainage to a plumbing outlet.
This hose is far too flexible and tends to kink directly at the connection point. This forces the condensed water to be diverted back to the tank , making the hose

A great purchase, does a great job

I have been very impressed with the AROVEC aero dry P-16 model, that I received a few weeks ago. Purchase and delivery all went smoothly. It is a neat, small unit perfect for my tiny home on wheels. It is quiet and effective and does not cool an already cool house further, unlike my reverse cycle air con unit. It is incredible to see how much water it takes out of the air- very satisfying! I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
